Small group sessions are tailored to help you fine-tune your alignment and modify for your needs. Pre-registration is required but occasionally one-time bookings become available.
The Pilates method is adaptable to all bodies from teens to seniors, pregnant to postpartum, athletes to sedentary, injured or healthy. All clients work with various Pilates apparatus, including the reformer.
All sessions taught by Kim West, trained in a New York City Pilates lineage found nowhere else in New Zealand.
